Little Penneys Shopping Haul

Hello my dears! I am so sorry I haven't blogged in forever! I feel like I keep saying this lately but I am just so unbelievably busy at the minute! I just moved into my new place, I am starting university next Wednesday, I have 3 dance rehearsals a week for an upcoming musical and the list goes on! A few weeks back I bought a couple of bits in Primark/Penneys for moving in to my new home.

As you can see, I like pugs. Like I really love pugs! So I got a cute little pug on a mug for €2 and the tea towel was €1.50. They have loads of other things in with pugs on them but that was enough for me in one day! I also bought myself a pack of 3 pairs of tights for about €4? As you know ''Fall'' has arrived and its a bit too cold to be showing the legs off! So if you reaaaaallllyyy have to, just shtick a pair of tights on be grand. And you can never have enough pairs of tights with the constant laddering and random holes appearing... The next thing I got was a chunky, fluffy, cosy dressing gown. I usually just wear my boyfriends hoodies in winter, but I saw this for €10 and I couldn't not get it! It's going to get freezing in winter so I am sure this beautiful dressing gown will keep me warm. The last thing I got in Penneys was FINALLY the Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I got it for €3.50 and am not going to say any more on it because I want to do a review on it as soon as I have used it a good few times. But so far, so amazing.

In the photo there is also a yellow top! I didn't get this in Penneys and completely forgot it was there! But anyways! I got it in New Look for €11.99! I have been looking for a yellow top for ages and have never found the perfect one! I saw one in H&M in Oman but it was too expensive for what it was so now I am so glad to have found the perfect one! Now what to pair it with...

So anyhow! That was my quick little shopping haul! I have so much stuff to do but I will try and be back as frequently as I can. Thanks for sticking with me!

Garnier Skin Naturals Review

So my mum picked me up these in the shops on offer so I thought I would give them a try. I heard everyone is going on about the Garnier Micellar water (which I have yet to try!), but these 2 products are just amazing. There is the Softening Cleansing Lotion and the Softening Toner.  All I can say about these is wow. I have been using them for about a week and they definitely do what they say on the tin!

Naturally, I have extremely dry skin. To a point where I have to get a moisturiser for dry skin, foundation for dry skin and I am constantly using thermal water. But after using these 2 products for a week, my skin is nearly normal, only a tiny bit of dryness, and the added bonus, its a soft as silk. No lie. People are stroking my face.

Firstly, I use the Softening Cleansing Lotion. Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and gently wipe all over your skin.  It removes makeup, including waterproof and thick black eyes, and it does exactly what it says on the bottle, 'Goodbye dry!'. This product is enriched with Cherry Tree and Moringa extracts, and its velvety lotion with no greasy feeling leaves skin feeling comfortable, soft and fresh. It even smells beautiful on your skin! This is definitely my new go-to makeup remover!

After I remove my makeup, I use the Softening Toner. Previously, I have been using a toner by No.7, which was still amazing, but the Garnier toner is a perfect match for my skin. Again, apply to a cotton pad and gently cleanse your skin, applying extra care to the most sensitive and dry areas. Also enriched with cherry tree and moringa extracts, it soothes dry skin and its soft and velvety texture leaves your skin toned, perfectly cleansed and supperrrrrrrrr soft!

Not only does it help my dry skin and leave it flawlessly smooth, it has also reduced redness in my face. Usually areas around my nose and cheeks would be quite red, but these products have reduced it dramatically. In one week. No talk of a lie. I am in love with this product and I recommend to anyone with normal to dry skin. You can pick it up in any drugstore and I am pretty sure my mum picked it up in Tesco! She said it wasn't expensive at all, but I am really sorry I forgot to ask mum exactly how much it was! I am sure it is no more than €5/6!

Thanks for reading! I hope you will soon have skin as soft as mine!
